What traits do you admire in a leader?

I admire leaders who bring a real sense of collaboration and collective responsibility within a team. Leaders who are willing to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and do what is necessary to achieve results whilst maintaining a strong positive team culture.

What are your core values?

Integrity, authenticity and empathy.

What is your Risepoint moment?

My Risepoint moment was earning my bachelor’s degree. As the first in my family to graduate from university, it brought a deep sense of gratitude, achievement, and optimism – proof that by showing up consistently and staying true to myself, I could accomplish hard things.
