What traits do you admire in a leader?

I admire leaders who are egalitarian, who take real ownership, and who can mix optimism with reality. The best leaders I’ve worked with have high standards, bring people in, and make the complex seem simple.

What are your core values?

Do what you say, collaborate and be curious.

What is your Risepoint moment?

My Risepoint moment began on 5 December 2011, when I became an Associate Publishing Editor at Wiley. It was the first time I got under the hood of how higher education transforms lives – collaborating with academics, supporting learning that sticks and contributing to something bigger. That moment kicked off a journey I’m still on today – helping universities scale their impact and creating outcomes for the students they serve.
