People Operations Partner

Natasha leads our People function in Australia, supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring our people remain at the heart of everything we do. 

With a background in talent and business partnering across the Technology and Software Development industries, she thrives on purpose-driven work that makes a meaningful impact and contributes to overall business success. 

Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Industrial Psychology, as well as an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, where her passion for people, behaviour, and organisational effectiveness first took root. 

Outside of the great work we do at Risepoint, Natasha’s perfect day involves being outdoors with her family, exploring new places, and watching the sunset. 

What traits do you admire in a leader?

I admire leaders who are grounded, authentic, and genuinely care. The kind who are personable, listen well, and bring people with them through collaboration, trust and support.

What are your core values?

My core values are honesty, transparency and trust. Each one is essential to building meaningful relationships and doing purposeful work. At the heart of these values is integrity, the commitment to act consistently, communicate openly, and stay true to what’s right, even when it’s not the easy option. It’s this foundation that guides how I work with others and approach every decision.

What is your Risepoint moment?

Working at Risepoint feels like a full-circle moment. As a working student pursuing my Honours degree, I often reflected on what was possible when you study or work in a field you truly love. At the time, I didn’t realise it would become my own “Risepoint,” but looking back at the trajectory of my career and the milestones along the way, that period was a defining moment and just the beginning.
